Shipping

Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours, and takes around 2 to 6 days to be delivered. In general, our customers on an average can expect their order to arrive within 2 to 10 days.
 
This excludes holidays & other unfortunate fortuitous events that may cause delay such as logistical challenges during restocking phase and/or natural disasters/calamities and pandemics that may render our team unable to fulfill your orders.
 
Order Cancellations
 
Everyone here in the Gourmet Healthy PH Team values your time and is also as eager as you to receive your order/s right away. Hence, our team works around the clock to make sure that each order is processed, sanitized, packed, scanned and shipped immediately from the moment it is placed.
 
In light to this, we hope that you find it fair for us to not accept any form of cancellation once the item/order has already been processed and shipped. 
 
To explain, aside from the item being no longer physically with us, please know that it is already on its way to you and that we can no longer reroute this back to us since our courier partners does not cater such requests on short notices.

More so, we mainly do verification calls prior to shipping out your order/s, if you did not receive any calls, please know that for each successful purchase you make, our system also sends a verification text message and/or email to fully let you know that your order is already being prepared and is rightfully on its way to you.

We fully believe that under these circumstances, we have responsibly done our best to fully cater your order as a seller and hopefully you find it fair for us to not accept cancellations thereafter. 

Lastly, we believe that each of our customers are also reasonable, kind-at-heart and responsible buyers. We would really love to serve you further into the future as we both grow. 

Returns

To return your product, kindly chat into our social media pages or email us before you make any return shipment attempts. This enables us to fully note and record the transaction at hand that will be later refunded, if eligible. 
 
Please note that the Buyer will be responsible for covering the total shipping cost relative to the delivery of the item that's eligible for returns and refunds.
 
Refunds will be charged for the ff: 

- Null/Void Free Shipping Offer (Shipping Fee + Insurance Fee + Collection Fee + 12% Vat Charge) 

- Return Shipping Cost (direct shipping and non-cod)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to arrive may vary.

Defective/Damaged Orders: Kindly follow the process below to qualify for eligible claims.

If you received your order with defect and/or damage, please report it within 7 days upon delivery. 

All orders have recorded quality checks prior to shipping out. However, since majority of our products are classified as fragile, rough logistics handling might have affected your order - rendering it damaged/defective upon delivery. 

Here's what you should do: 

1.) Send us a full detailed report on how the item arrived to you at gourmethealthyph@gmail.com

2.) We require all customers to send a video of the product being tested to show its damages as proof. This will be used to further document your claim later on. 

3.) We'll file claims about the "damaged goods while in transit" for you with our courier partners. 

4.) We'd be more than happy to send out a replacement order for you once everything is filed and documented. 

Important Note: Please be advised that we reserve the legal right to blacklist any non-cooperative customers after our 3rd attempt to reach out & offer the proper procedure to resolve your concern. 

If you are shipping an item over P5,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returning shipment until it is fully received and inspected by our warehouse team.
